This Compact Floodlight with PIR Sensor is an adjustable 240v LED floodlight with a die-cast aluminium body and mounting bracket powder-coated in black. It has a high-efficiency 30w COB LED providing light output equivalent to a 200w halogen lamp in an even 110 degree beam which makes is the perfect outdoor garden light for security lighting.

Ensure that the power is OFF during installation and that power cannot be unexpectedly reconnected. Place the light fitting on a stable surface and with an Allen key remove the U-bracket from the LED floodlight and store the retaining bolts, split-locks and washers (M6 bolts on 10W/20W and M8 bolts on 30W/50W). Present the U-bracket to a suitable position and surface so that it can be mounted flush. Check with a spirit level if required . Mark out two suitable fixing positions. Use suitable tools and fixings to mount the U-bracket safely and securely to the surface, depending on the substrate; alternative fixings to the items supplied may be required. We recommend using washers to fix the U-bracket. Avoid damage to any wiring. 2 X screws, wall plugs and washers supplied. Once the U-bracket is mounted, securely reattach the LED floodlight ensuring it is the correct way up and at the appropriate angle. Ensure bolts are tight on both sides of the U-bracket. Connect the LED floodlight cable to a suitably protected waterproof junction box.Please pay attention to the polarity and Earth. The flood light is a CLASS I device – an EARTH connection is MANDATORY. |
