The Elipta Compact outdoor wall downlight is a 12v wall or post-mount model for fixed downlighting and grazing. 12v models operate from a remote transformer. These garden downlights take a range of Led lamps to achieve a variety of garden lighting effects. 3 watt lamps are usually ideal for downlighting from a pergola or grazing down a gate pillar; 5 watts wide beam lamps are often needed for downlighting onto a patio from positions higher up on the house wall. A 12v 3w, 5w, 6w or 7w led module is a low-energy option. It has a flush lens which sheds water and dirt and is easy to clean. It’s smart stainless steel construction is a popular choice for modern garden settings.

The downlight body is made from solid metal tube and is mounted on a 75mm diameter enclosed mounting base with back plate, grommeted rear cable entry and connection terminals. Unscrewing the front bezel makes it easy to extract and change the lamp without tools. |
