The Elipta Compact Up & Down Outdoor light in natural copper is a 240v wall or post mount model for fixed up/downlighting and grazing applications to create stylish wall illumination effects. 240v models utilise GU10 LED lamps which means there is no need for a bulky transformer base and they fit mains wiring points on house walls and pillars. 5w lamps may be needed to create a powerful effect on darker stone and brick walls, whereas 3w lamps are usually ideal for up/downlighting on lighter, rendered or stone walls. An LED lamp provides a long life, low energy option for lighting smaller subjects. This garden light has flush lenses which shed water and dirt and are easy to clean. Natural copper weathers to a mottled brown finish which blends well with red brick and timber.
