The Elipta Vortex Bollard Light 240v with warm white LEDs has a sleek design with a modern powder coated graphite grey finish and a useful 7 watt 262 Lumen light output with a 2 metre glare free radius of light to the front and sides of the fitting making it a great addition for lighting along paths at intervals of 2-4 metres apart.
The Vortex may be bolted to paving and slabs or with ‘wet’ concrete fixings before electrical installation. An optional ground spike is available for planting and lawn areas.

Pre-wired with 2m rubber cable for connection via T9969 underground joint kit: There is no space inside the fitting for internal connections.
Using a single RCD for large numbers of 240v fittings is not recommended due to the risk of nuisance tripping. We advise the use of separate RCD protection for each circuit and a maximum of 12 fittings per RCD. Where a garden lighting installation of more than 12 spike mount or recessed lights per circuit is proposed, we suggest the installation of 12v units with transformers, which results in a significantly higher fault tolerance and reliability in the total installation |
